Do you offer returns or exchanges?

All purchases and sales are final. No returns or size changes will be accepted after shipment.

If you receive the wrong size or incorrect item, please contact us we’ll make it right.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Eternal Love Club is not responsible for lost, unclaimed, or damaged packages. We recommend contacting USPS directly with your tracking number for more information or to file a claim.

all orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing.

International: 7–21 business days depending on location and customs.

Can i change my shipping address after placing an order?

We cannot change your shipping address once your order has been fulfilled. Please double check your address before completing your purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
